A refreshing drink that clears the palate. The sweetness is moderate. It has a spicy feeling. I definitely prefer it when it's a little warmer than cold sake! I wonder if this is what they mean when they say the flavor comes out. The difference in temperature changes the taste a bit, doesn't it? A new variety of rice called "Fukunoka" from Fukushima is used. According to the back of the label, they aimed for a "sweet and juicy sake quality" by taking advantage of the characteristics of the rice. I like the label of the instrument Masamune, but this is especially stylish app♩ including the color scheme, pink and turquoise blue of the lining of the yukata obi. This color scheme caught my eye!

A beautiful wine that you can't stop, can't stop! It's majestically sweet and yet not too sweet. The slight bitterness may be the perfect balance. The light acidity is also good. Taste and aroma reminiscent of bananas! Sweetness with a hint of astringency. The acidity may be there, although you don't notice it when you drink it. It's probably an illusion, but after drinking it, my mouth feels strangely the same as when I eat a banana. The aroma is freshly opened, I received such an impression. With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, it doesn't give off much of a sake feeling. I learned that this kind of taste also comes out in the rice used is Omachi, I can drink at once quite app app! In addition, you can feel the alcohol and a little acidity. It seems to go especially well with dishes with soup stock! When I opened the bottle, I was drinking it in the wrong temperature range, but two days later, when I chilled it thoroughly, it was less dry and more clear! 2 days later, when I drank it well chilled, it seemed clearer!

Pleasant fizzy feeling when freshly opened. It has no peculiarity and no sharpness, but I felt a faint sweetness as the temperature rose. Sake is often described as "like water", but this is more like "soda water". I think it would be perfect with a strong flavored meal! After one day, you can see a little more of the sweet flavor and get a better impression! I liked it better two days after opening the bottle! Direction of the taste is totally different, but reminded me of the transformation of Ai no Sato, which I think generic Hanayo Yuu and selfish App♩
