Sweet and sour summer sake! I have the impression that the astringent sourness slightly outweighs the sweetness. It seems to have the fullness of Junmai-shu, but the acidity gives it a refreshing feel. It's a bit like a white wine. Label is Kabutomushi, and taste was associated with summer App♩
