Today we will open another bottle of Yamaguchi Prefecture's light nigori, which we have been carefully keeping in our sake cellar 😀. It's a limited edition light nigori from Moegi by Wakamusuusan. The bottle was opened successfully and the supernatant was removed 😀. It's hard to compare the taste between the supernatant and the mixed one 😀. The fruitiness and gentle sweetness is what you would expect from Wakamusumusan 😇. I knew the level of Yamaguchi Prefecture's sake was high 😀.

I was curious about Aladdin's review and since it didn't seem to be available very often, I bought it. Sake strength -54, using Iwate Prefecture's experimental yeast M7 No aroma at all. It is sweet and tastes like plum wine as rumored. Good for those who don't like sake. Slight but firm sweetness. If you ask me if it is cotton candy, I would say it tastes like cotton candy with a hint of sweetness 🤔.

It was a very short GW, but at the end of the day, we opened a bottle of Shihu's Cotton Candy label, which we had purchased because the wife read Aladdin's and other people's postings and really wanted to drink it 😀. We compared the cotton candy that had been brought to room temperature for tasting, the cotton candy that had been chilled, and the nigori and hanamup of Nozomu. I felt the cotton candy and plum wine flavor more strongly at room temperature 🤣. The plum wine finishes off the meal so it doesn't interfere with the meal 😀. More and more, I want to keep digging deeper into Shihou 😇

Spring Sake & Nigorinpic 1️⃣ 0️⃣ I've been seeing a lot of Shihu-san in Sake-no-wa posts lately 😀. This year, the third bottle of Shihuyu I stumbled upon and wanted to delve deeper into is the Harusake It's a cherry blossom label 😀. As you said, this sake is also a delicious sweet-tart fruity sake 😀. Not only is it sweet and delicious, but the acidity gives it a clean aftertaste, making it a versatile sake that can also be used as an in-between-dinner drink 😇. By the way, my wife requested me to take her out to drink the cotton candy label after reading Aladdin's comment 🤣. It's rare to get a request from the wife, so I'm planning to bring her cotton candy label tomorrow 😀.

Spring Sake & Nigorinpic0️⃣ 5️⃣Continuing from yesterday, today we had a Botan from Mr. Wakamusume 😀 I can't wait to see how it differs from yesterday's Wakamusume's light nigori supernatant😇. The first attack was less tangy than the nigori supernatant, but instead conveyed a solid fruitiness 😀. So far, it's probably a matter of taste, but I prefer the light nigori with stronger acidity and piquancy😇. If you like a mild fruity taste, I'm sure you will prefer this one 🤣. Still, it was a great shock to see such a difference in taste between Wakamusume's nigori supernatant and a non-nigori sake with the same specs 😅. I'd like to dig a little deeper into this very nice sake 😀.

Spring Sake & Nigorinpic0️⃣ 4️⃣ Today we had a light nigori called wakamusume super limited 😀. This time we also have a regular sake with the exact same specs 😀. Today's sake is also a continuation of yesterday's sake, Ariiso Akebono, which survived the earthquake in Himi 😀 Yesterday's was a draft sake, but today it is a fire-brewed junmai-shu. Yesterday it was a draft, but today it is a fire-aged junmai sake 😀. Of course, we will be comparing the two sakes we opened yesterday, Ariiso Akebono and Nitoshi 😀. Kaorin is separated from us again today, so we started the laboratory with 3 bottles side by side 😀. With a wife, you can't play this kind of game very often 🤣. At first I had them in hiya 😀. As I thought, I liked the Ni-Utsuri's raw taste the best because it has a firm sweetness and umami flavor 😀. The taste of Aiso Akebono was almost the same between the raw and the hiya 😀. Then...I roasted 3 bottles at once in hot water up to 40 degrees Celsius 😀. Unfortunately, Ni-Rabbit... I knew before I tried it but the taste was too chunky and the hiya was not sharp and tasty... Sorry for experimenting just because I knew what I was doing: 🙇‍♀️ I'm sorry for the experiment, I just knew what I was getting into........
