The aroma is a beautiful fruity aroma unique to junmai ginjo 😇
The mouthfeel is a bit gassy and refreshing 😀 The acidity and sweetness are just right.
The acidity and sweetness are just right, and the umami flavor brings it all together nicely, so you don't feel the slightly high alcohol content (17%) 😀.

As soon as I walked into the refrigerated room of the liquor store I always go to and saw the bottle, I knew it was this one and when I looked at the sake rice, it said Aiyama 😀.
It was my first time to try Iwanoi and it was delicious😇.
