Second sake of Wakamusume-san drinking comparison 😀.
The first bottle of the other day, Wakamusume Hanabachibana, was a mixture of Yamadanishiki and Oyama, but this Botan was brewed with 100% Oyama 😀 The basic taste that is typical of Wakamusume is the same, but we could also taste the robust flavor that is typical of Omachi 😀.
It has the same basic taste that is typical of Wakamusume, but I could also taste the robust umami that is typical of Omachi 😀.
However, for my personal taste, I would prefer the assemblage sake Hanabachibana, which has a more complex taste and fullness than the Omachi alone 🤣.
Of course, the difference is so slight that it can only be felt by comparing the two 🤣.
