First come, first served!
I'm the kind of person who is tempted to order something when the menu says so!
My salmon friend ordered ash, so I ordered the Christmas version, which was two days late!
I was in the mood for a glass of champagne 🍾🥂!
I have seen this green bottle several times, but this is the first time I sipped it!
My wish came true!
I never knew that the specs are a little different every year!
This is probably the 2019 version!
The Ashe we compared afterwards was also very impressive...
There were many more sake to be had at this restaurant, but I was even more curious about the restaurant where my sakéwa friend went to the after-party, so we decided to have a drink at the top of the ladder!

After the three kinds of sake, it's time to ask for the main course of sake!
I'm also interested in the Shinmasa series!
We had this Akabu Snow Christmas 🎄 at Unmenosu the other day!
One of my friends from Sake no Wa requested this 💁♀️!
I also had a little bit of it with me!
It's a chic sake that reminds me of Christmas!
Thank you very much!

Sake to color the starry holy night with your precious family and loved ones...
Enjoy the subtle sweetness and refreshing acidity like bubbly snow. We wish you a Xmas filled with peace and love. (Sake Brewer's Comment)
Petit year-end party
The last business trip to Morioka this year!
When I commented that I was going to Morioka, many of my friends gathered there.
When I arrived, the party had already started!
It was my first time to visit this restaurant, so I asked them to show me how to order and chose the Chugoku region from the many 3 types of sake to compare!
Three Crowns of Okayama
I drank in Okayama for the first time this year, and I also had a chance to meet them again here in Morioka!
I wrote about the Triple Crown King the other day, but I'm going to try to win the Triple Crown again next year!
It was a fun start to the party!

■Asahi
The original variety of rice rice originated in Okayama.
Since ancient times, it has been represented as "Kame-no-o in the east and Asahi in the west" for its delicious rice.
The majority of today's delicious rice is produced by combining the two types of rice.
Because of its clean taste, it is often used in sushi rice.
It is delicious both when eaten and when brewed to produce sake with a strong rice flavor.
Comparison of 3 types of drinks from the Chugoku region
Shimane Prefecture Izumo Fuji
AKIMO, written as Akumo
Hiya oroshi (hiya oroshi).
It is refreshing and easy to drink!
All three varieties are distinctly different and delicious!
We drank while comparing and chatting with each other!
I like to drink alone, but I'm really glad that we can have an enjoyable evening party in a small group like this without being bothered.

Gohashi from Yamaguchi Prefecture!
It is said to taste like banana!
Indeed, there was a hint of banana taste in the mouth!
This year we had quite a few banana-flavored sake!
I guess it's because there are more and more fruity sake, and many people like banana flavor in their own way!
I love the comparison of the three types of sake 😍!

This "Itsukashi Junmai Nama Nama Nama Sake 877 Banana" has a sweet aroma of softly ripe bananas, juicy sweetness, and a voluminous umami flavor. Third sake at Morioka's Sake Bar Gin Kura!
This is a sake from Kagawa Prefecture called Etsukaijin (悦凱陣).
Takamatsu City in Kagawa Prefecture, where I lived when I was in elementary school.
The udon noodles on the ferry were delicious. (^○^)
So, I asked for a sake from Kagawa Prefecture, which I couldn't imagine.
Spicy? Sweet? Honjozo? Barrel sake?
I flinch at the complex flavor.
Perhaps, personally, I wouldn't order even a four-pack?
It's interesting, but I can't drink it.
But with Gin Kura, you can drink it in smaller 5 shaku portions, so you get to try all sorts of things! (Holy shit!
No, really, someone should come drink!
See this and say "I'm here!" I'll buy you all drinks if you call out to the guy at the counter within 30 minutes! (^○^)
I made a comment that I don't understand, but I thought, "Well, you can't just show up here in 30 minutes! It's impossible.
Next time, I will let you know in advance when I am going to have a drink alone.
I don't know when that will be!
But Ginzo is looking forward to seeing you!
Good evening, Tomoyuki Kumagai! It is always a pleasure to serve you😊.
As you said, I love this complicated drink. As much as I would love to have a drink with you...
It's certainly not a drink I drink a lot of💦.
Good morning, Jurian. (^○^)
Sake is already a world of preference, so the brand you get hooked on is all that matters.
I think it is best to drink a variety of sake while sharing happiness with many people. (^○^)
The second drink is Tsushimaya from Gifu.
I am not familiar with Gifu sake, so I ask for it.
It tasted light and refreshing.
The store's introduction also said, "Drink it without preconceived notions," so when I put it in my mouth, it was fine water! (^○^)
It is a perfect food wine.
I had it with fried lotus root with scissors.
Delicious! (^○^)
By the way, no one has arrived yet. (^^;)
Today, I drank alone at Gin Kura in Morioka City.
The other day, I had a blast drinking with three of my business partners. (^○^)
I will upload the photos of that time at a later date because the amount was too much.
The first drink of the day was Sawaya-Matsumoto's Moribashii.
The standard deliciousness.
Great balance!
Together with the appetizers, we emptied 5 fukyu in no time.
Still, there are no customers before 7:00 on a Thursday.
The last time I was here, the seats were reasonably full, but when I asked the manager about it, he seemed to be having a hard time.
Did it happen to be crowded that day?
Not many places in Morioka offer this many varieties of sake!
Before the Wuhan pneumonia infestation, it was a very difficult place to make a reservation...(゜゜;)
To everyone in Iwate Prefecture who reads this, please visit Ginzo. m(_ _)m
By the way, I am not a store owner, I am just an old man who loves sake. (^o^;)
Thank you, Erin! ( ´ ´ ´ ´ ´ ´ ´ ´ ´ ´ ´ ´ ´ ´´)
I live on the coast of Iwate Prefecture, which is a large area, so it is not easy for me to come here.
That is why I want to cherish these stores.
