Third sake at Morioka's Sake Bar Gin Kura! This is a sake from Kagawa Prefecture called Etsukaijin (悦凱陣). Takamatsu City in Kagawa Prefecture, where I lived when I was in elementary school. The udon noodles on the ferry were delicious. (^○^) So, I asked for a sake from Kagawa Prefecture, which I couldn't imagine. Spicy? Sweet? Honjozo? Barrel sake? I flinch at the complex flavor. Perhaps, personally, I wouldn't order even a four-pack? It's interesting, but I can't drink it. But with Gin Kura, you can drink it in smaller 5 shaku portions, so you get to try all sorts of things! (Holy shit! No, really, someone should come drink! See this and say "I'm here!" I'll buy you all drinks if you call out to the guy at the counter within 30 minutes! (^○^)

The second drink is Tsushimaya from Gifu. I am not familiar with Gifu sake, so I ask for it. It tasted light and refreshing. Today, I drank alone at Gin Kura in Morioka City. The other day, I had a blast drinking with three of my business partners. (^○^) I will upload the photos of that time at a later date because the amount was too much. The first drink of the day was Sawaya-Matsumoto's Moribashii. The standard deliciousness. Great balance! Together with the appetizers, we emptied 5 fukyu in no time. Still, there are no customers before 7:00 on a Thursday. The last time I was here, the seats were reasonably full, but when I asked the manager about it, he seemed to be having a hard time. Did it happen to be crowded that day? Not many places in Morioka offer this many varieties of sake!
