Petit year-end party
The last business trip to Morioka this year!
When I commented that I was going to Morioka, many of my friends gathered there.
When I arrived, the party had already started!
Since it was my first time to visit this restaurant, I asked them to show me how to order and chose the Chugoku region from the many 3 types of sakes available!
Gohashi from Yamaguchi Prefecture!
It is said to taste like banana!
Indeed, there was a hint of banana taste in the mouth!
This year we had quite a few banana-flavored sake!
I guess it's because there are more and more fruity sake, and many people like banana flavor in their own way!
I love the comparison of the three types of sake 😍!

This "Itsukashi Junmai Nama Nama Nama Sake 877 Banana" has a sweet aroma of softly ripe bananas, juicy sweetness, and a voluminous umami flavor. The dense umami and sweetness of the sake's unique nama-shu, and the acidity in the second half of the bottle, will cleanse your palate and make you want to drink it again.
