Well, I've written about whatever came to mind, but this time I'm going to visit Mr. Takasago from the Kiyamasa Sake Brewery of Jikin 😍.
It has a banana🍌-like aroma with a hint of gas. The mouthfeel is gentle, with a refreshing umami and a citrus-like acidity that is gradually felt. It is a refreshing sake with no bitterness. The nose also has hints of banana and melon.
On the third day, the gas disappears and the sweetness becomes stronger, and it is easy to drink with a clear sweet flavor and refreshing acidity 😁.
I think the price is calm among junmai daiginjos and it was delicious, but I don't think I will repeat it because there are many cheap and good sake 🤔.
