＜The rich sweetness of the wine is gorgeous.
This sake is for cheering up "Harenohi" such as a new departure or a new year. So Yell (ale) = cheer. To express this feeling, the label is designed with a motif of the sun and wings. The color is also a positive orange.
The aroma is gorgeous, sweet, and fruity.
In the mouth, it has a sweet and sour pineapple flavor. The sweet, sour, and bitter taste can be felt from the beginning, and it is mellow but gentle. Then, the sweet, sour, and bitter taste spreads further.
It's so good!
It has a rich sweetness that is typical of Kangiku, and the swelling umami bitterness is gorgeous. It was delicious!
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Louise from "Ears to the Past". It is a lady cat doll that is the counterpart of Baron. Gorgeous, sweet and beautiful!

I like this sake so much. This is the fourth year in a row that I drink it. The year before last, it came in second place out of the 423 cups I drank during the year.
The aroma is sweet with a hint of rice flavor. It has the sweetness of melon, but also has a solid structure.
When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet and juicy. The sugar content of the syrup and the fruity melon flavor are rich, and from there, the entire flavor is fuller and richer. Yum!
However, the bitterness is a bit hard. The sweetness is there, but it feels drier than I expected, and the alcohol is a bit tart. This will taste even better if left for a while.
Actually, this was the case the year before last. The first day I opened the bottle, it was a bit hard, but when I drank it again 6 days later, the sweet al fruity melon was in full bloom and I was impressed!
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be the girl in "The Wind Rises" who did not receive Siberia. She is a cute but a little hard girl who will become a beautiful woman in the future.

The aroma is fresh fruity acidity.
In the mouth, there is a slight tangy herb and refreshing acidity. The sweetness is gentle, but it is present in the back of the mouth. The sweetness of the aroma is pleasant. The alcohol content is low, but it is just right.
It is gentler than I remember. The fresh acidity with a hint of green is lovely and delicious!
To use a Ghibli analogy, this is the room of Arrietty, the main character in "The Borrower Arrietty". It is pretty and full of greenery.

Ah, it's a year old nama-shu. I don't feel like the flavor has declined at all, but I'm curious to see if it has changed. It seems to have less bitterness than the last time I drank 2021 Anastasia Green.

＜Rich sweetness, intoxicating.
Takachiyo Shuzo's new series of regular sake, which will go on sale in 2022.
The color is a little yellow.
The aroma is sweet and sour.
In the mouth, it is mildly sweet, slightly acidic, and fruity. The syrupy sweetness spreads from there, and the bitter alcohol is also present.
Sweet! Uma! It is very rich.
The bitterness that comes out slowly at the end and the euphoric feeling of the alcohol that flies off in a flash are both pleasant.
Just as I felt with the Shu, the direct alcohol taste, which is typical of the Aru Soze, is working in a good direction. This is a good aluzoe.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be the scene in "The Tale of Princess Kaguyahime" where Kaguyahime and Sutemaru hold hands as they fly through the sky. It is the sweetest scene in the movie. Powerful sweetness. And there's a sense of euphoria in this scene, abandoning his wife and children to the temporary pleasures of the world. Well, that's why they call him "wife and child abandoner".

The mouthfeel is citrusy with a refreshing acidity. The slight sweetness is also beautiful. It is very high quality. After that, various flavors, centering on the acidity, are subtly and profoundly felt. The alcohol content is 13%, which is certainly modest, but it is assertive and pleasant.
Ahhh, this is a good sake after all. It is beautiful, yet complex and has depth.
To be honest, however, I don't really like the direction of this flavor. It's still delicious, though.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Gigliola from "Red Pig". Fio's, extremely beautiful sister. She knows very well that she is beautiful, and she is confident and a bit pouty. But that's good. However, she is too beautiful to go out with, so she might be a little self-conscious.
