The aroma is fresh fruity acidity.
In the mouth, there is a slight tangy herb and refreshing acidity. The sweetness is gentle, but it is present in the back of the mouth. The sweetness of the aroma is pleasant. The alcohol content is low, but it is just right.
It is gentler than I remember. The fresh acidity with a hint of green is lovely and delicious!
To use a Ghibli analogy, this is the room of Arrietty, the main character in "The Borrower Arrietty". It is pretty and full of greenery.

Ah, it's a year old nama-shu. I don't feel like the flavor has declined at all, but I'm curious to see if it has changed. It seems to have less bitterness than the last time I drank 2021 Anastasia Green.
