I'm pairing it with nabe, but I feel like this would go with just about anything!
It was delicious. さけもんA type of rice with a crisp, strong flavor. ナッチュThis is a sake made with bodacious yeast. First, at room temperature.
It has a mild lactic acidity and a moderate sweetness that I like. If you heat it up, the sweetness comes out, but it's still mellow and full-bodied, and very easy to drink. It's Akatake again today.
I missed the Christmas drink, so I had to hold down the snow for the new year.
It was easy to open.
The supernatant was super sweet and delicious.
What is this? Is it really sake?
If you twist the lees and drink it, it has a gentle sweetness and a soft mouthfeel.
There is very little acidity and bitterness.
This is the softest nigori I've had this season, with no spikes.
This is the kind of sake that a beginner will fall into the swamp immediately after drinking.

タカノサケIt is easy to drink with a clean throat and a rich rice aftertaste. You can drink as much as you want. タカノサケAkatake is still delicious. It is fruity, but you can also taste the flavor of the rice. The first time I drank an Omachi, I felt it was not what I expected.
The second time I drank it in a state of intoxication and couldn't remember anything...
I bought Akitsuho for the third time.
The liquor store told me that if I wanted to drink Kaze no Mori for the first time, I should get Akitsuho or Dewa Kaze! So I went with Akitsuho, which I hadn't had yet.

As if the sake had been waiting for me to open the bottle, it opened with a bang.
The aroma is of a grassy field and a slight citrus.
In the mouth, there is a slight carbonation, a sweetness from the rice, and... a slight sourness? I think there is also a berry-like taste in the distance.
Anyway, it's clear and clean.
The last taste is bitter. As the label says, Akitsuho has a good bitter taste.

It is pale, clean and lean.

This sake has a short shelf life. もけけThis is the first nama-shu I bought myself. It was recommended as "gorgeous" in the shop. I was a little surprised that it was a local sake from Tokyo, but it was fruity and very tasty. タカノサケRich taste of rice, we drank it up in no time. I first drank it last year and became a mild follower of Yamori 😁 I'm a little late to the party and am looking forward to landing a round this weekend! タカノサケHi, resting bird, nice to meet you.
I also got into sake from Yamori. Among them, I think Oragarami is exceptional 😆. 休肝鳥I'm not sure what to make of it.
