3rd cup extensive knowledge This is a standard junmai sake from AKABU, brewed with Iwate-grown rice and "Giovanni's Research," a sake yeast developed by Iwate Prefecture. In the mouth, it has a sweet and gorgeous aroma reminiscent of peach and white flowers, with a crisp, acidic finish. It has a fresh and cute impression while also having the umami flavor typical of junmai sake. Despite its sweetness, it is a well-balanced sake that is easy to pair with food, and is recommended as an easygoing evening sake or for sake beginners. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake meter degree: +2 Acidity: 1.8 Alcohol content・・・15

With sake tasters Sake lovers gathered! Sake from the start! Five bottles of sake were served right off the bat! Let's take it all in heart! I'll leave the comments for later! It was a nice awakening extensive knowledge The fragrant ginjo-like fruity aroma of green apples and hints of fragrance can be felt. It is soft on the palate, with a thick, full-bodied flavor with a hint of maturity, a lightness and crispness, and a pleasant lingering aftertaste.

The label design is too unique, and it's 11 degrees, so I wondered what it would be like, but it was a sparkling sake. I felt like I wanted to have it as my first drink, but also thought it would be nice to finish it off from the gorgeous label.
