This is a standard junmai sake from AKABU, brewed with Iwate-grown rice and "Giovanni's Research," a sake yeast developed by Iwate Prefecture. In the mouth, it has a sweet and gorgeous aroma reminiscent of peach and white flowers, with a crisp, acidic finish. It has a fresh and cute impression while also having the umami flavor typical of junmai sake. Despite its sweetness, it is a well-balanced sake that is easy to pair with food, and is recommended as an easygoing evening sake or for sake beginners.

This is a once-a-year limited edition sake brewed with Akita Sake Komachi, Akita Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing, which has been a challenge for the past few years in order to improve our techniques. It has an elegant ginjo aroma and a wonderful balance of soft yet firm flavor and sharpness.
