This is a once-a-year limited edition sake brewed with Akita Sake Komachi, Akita Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing, which has been a challenge for the past few years in order to improve our techniques. It has an elegant ginjo aroma and a wonderful balance of soft yet firm flavor and sharpness.
