It's like a combination of yogurt and solid sake 🍶.
I don't think it has much acidity🙄.
It has a clean and solid expression.

Kuheiji's first appearance at Sake-no-wa🎶.
It's been a long time since I had a drink at Kuheiji.
Since the last time we had a drink before we started the sake brewery.

It doesn't hit my throat at all.

It's been a while since I've been to Laughing Four Seasons.
There is almost no roughness.
It is refreshing and smooth~, smooth and easy to drink!
The aroma is citrusy, but I can't think of a specific fruit 🙄.
I get the impression that it is a mixture of various aromas with a little bit of each.

Quite a bit of oaky aroma, although personally I'd prefer less 😩.
There seems to be a strong aroma of fruit, especially citrus, behind the oaky aroma
Best to drink alone rather than as a food wine.
The aroma is peculiar, but when you drink it, it seems surprisingly light and not too peculiar 🙄.
I drank about a quarter of a 45cc glass, but I don't think it's something you should drink that much of.
This is about right 😄.

This is my first time 🤗 One of the brands I saw a review of Sake no Wa and thought, yeah!
I don't see it in liquor stores 😩.

Kiri, kiri (meaning pretty crisp).
Dry, maybe a food sake 😌.
Not much of a fruity feeling, probably because it's been a while since the bottle was opened.
Aroma is more in the mouth than in the nose😃.
Drink a chaser to cleanse your palate and then drink it, the citrusy aroma will spread 🤗🤗.

Not as sweet as 🍊mikan and not as sour as grapefruit.

I don't mind the sweetness as much as the label says.
Let's just say it's not as sweet as German wine 😉.
It has quite a grape 🍇 feel, but not too sticky, and you can drink it quickly.
It's pretty close to wine.
I guess it's not very major and not available in the market.
First time I've seen it 👀‼️
I got a little bit of the Honjozo Sangu as a service and compared them, but I got the impression that they are very different 🙄.

The owner told me that the sourness is a bit strong... but compared to Koeikiku, it's not so sour yet 🙄.
It's a clean all-rounder 🤗.

I don't think I felt much orange or melon.

This is my first time drinking this brand.
Meikyojimizu" is better known, but it's from the same brewery 🤗🤗.
Drunken note
A word of advice: mild.
I wonder if it was matured slowly 🙄🙄 It is neither heavy nor light...
Flows quickly.
It's dry, but not spicy 😄and not sticky sweet either.
I drank it on its own, but better with a meal while drinking 🤗.
I think it needs to be paired with some solid food to show its true quality 🙄.
This was also only one shot but it was delicious 😋😋😋😋.
