KPSweet. Mouth is floppy lol.
Delicious. KPAbout 8% low al. It's sour-sweet, like something between calpis and lemon juice. It is also good to drink with ice cream. By itself, a cup of this is enough. KPRating [A+].
Delicious rice. Firmly steamed rice. No unpleasant taste and calm. Good sake. KPRating [S].
It is astonishing that they have managed to bring out so much of Kame-no-o's character while at the same time giving it a Hououmida character. Kame-no-o has a strong rice character, so all breweries have a strong image of making sake that maximizes the character of Kame-no-o, but I was impressed by how faithfully they expressed the character of Hououmida. Delicious. Excellent. Thank you! KPRating [A+].
This is awesome lol.
While the sake is a firmly sweetened kijo sake, it properly retains the smell, aroma and taste of Kame-no-o.

It still has a different dimension. Basically, it is classified as fruity, but I think this is the only brewery that can make this stinky Kinmon-nishiki so aromatic. It is the best. KPRating [S].
Delicious. Seriously. This is Junmai Daiginjo. KPRating [A].
Clear, clear, clear. KPRating [S].
It's still good. Not too sweet, not too drippy, and you can feel the rice. KPRating [A-].
A drink that was stored at room temperature. It's good hot, but it's also good at room temperature. It's good when heated up, and it tastes great at room temperature. It's a nice, twisted sake. KPRating [A+].
Schwashwash, but it gets too sweet and heavy for me, so I couldn't give it an S, although it's great. Outrageously delicious! KPRating【A+】.
THE! Ikashou! Delicious! KPRating [A-].
Good balance of sweetness and spiciness. KPRating [B+].
Just not my favorite. The aroma is ridiculously juicy. And yet, there's no sugar in the mouth...it's kickass. Beautiful aftertaste. KPRating [B].
Hmm, unique. Bitterness? Astringency? KPRating [A+].
I've never seen this brand before, but it's unexpectedly delicious. It was very fresh even though it was a 2019 BY. It's very fresh and well preserved. It's not too dry, but not too sweet either. Not too dry, not too sweet, just the right amount of fruity, good balance. A week after opening the bottle, the acidity came in firmly and it became spicy. It's fun to pair it with different foods and snacks. A good sake. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
