I've never seen this brand before, but it's unexpectedly delicious. It was very fresh even though it was a 2019 BY. It's very fresh and well preserved. It's not too dry, but not too sweet either. Not too dry, not too sweet, just the right amount of fruity, good balance. A week after opening the bottle, the acidity came in firmly and it became spicy. It's fun to pair it with different foods and snacks. A good sake.
