This is delicious! Even though it's a hiyaoroshi, it still has the freshness of a freshly bottled beer, and the preservation is excellent. The aroma is amazing. The aroma is amazing, the whole room is filled with a sweet smell. I'm not sure if I'll ever get tired of drinking it.

This is a crisp, clear beer for Eikoh Fuji. The aroma is gorgeous but the taste is clean. However, the lingering aroma is delicious with the sweetness and aroma of the rice remaining.

It's so fresh, I can't believe it's 30BY. The gap between the aroma and taste is amazing. This is the first time I've heard of Nabeshima rice, but I think it's more about the potential of the rice and the brewer.
