I've been seeing a lot of Toyoaki lately 🧐.
I'm out drinking and trying a little 😁.
It's a thin nigori🤍 with a hint of rice🌾.
Sweetness is pale and soft on the tongue😚.
Feels super slightly carbonated, a bit like cider🫧.
The flavor lingers in the mouth and has a great aftertaste 😚.

There was a "Select Drink Comparison Set" of Abesan 🤗.
You can choose 3 types from more than 10 types of Abesan. I chose 3 different types of sake rice to "compare like for like ❗️" 😏.
Each is cloudy in the glass lined up 🤍.
Raku-fu-mai is the most cloudy.
Each has a similar aroma, but Takananishiki seems to have the least aroma.
How about the taste?

The impression is mellow and calm.
The sweetness is the strongest 😚.
It doesn't seem to be a raw sake and there is no gassy feeling.

It has a refreshing sweetness 😙.
The way it leaves a bitter aftertaste is excellent.
There is a slight carbonation, as is typical of nama-shu.
◾️Ipponjiki
The least sweet of the three 😗.
The tight acidity permeates the mouth at the end.
This had the most awesome carbonation and freshness 😆.
