As the name suggests, it is super dry.
But it has the taste of rice and it's delicious!
It is best to drink it cold with some snacks, rather than as a sake for a meal.
It is smooth on the lips, but when it is in the mouth, it has a mellow feeling and a gorgeous intensity. It also has a slight carbonation. The taste seems to complement Japanese food.
It is characterized by a faint slight foaming.
Since it is a Fushimi sake, it is hard water.
But it's not as hard as Nada's sake, so it's reasonably refreshing.
I think it is a representative sake of Fushimi.
