The glorious Fuji🗻 after a long time I think it's been a while since I've had a chance to see the bears in the forest. The rice used this time was Juganashi from Fukuoka Prefecture. My first sake rice. I went to my local liquor store and found it was the last bottle in the market. Good thing I was able to buy it 🎵. When I tried it, it had a mild aroma. It has a beautiful acidity with a good balance of sweetness and umami, and a nice bitterness. It is definitely a food sake. I think it is easy to match with various dishes🎵.

Happy Valentine's Day🍫 On such a day, I drank some rice wine from a rice field. And it was a noble sake The sake was made with a special junmai (rice wine). It is very sweet with a sake content of -28, but it also has a good acidity and bitterness, so it is very tasty 🎵! I heard that it goes well with chocolate🍫. My wife made it to look like a pie nut, but since we used 95% cocoa chocolate, it was not nearly as sweet. The aftertaste was bitter😅. But since she made it for me, I put some strawberry jam on it that I had in the fridge and it was delicious🎵. It went surprisingly well!

The best thing about this product is that it is very fruity, sweet, sour and easy to drink. I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that I'm not the only one who's a fan of this type of food. Today is Setsubun👹 Eating ehomaki and drinking 🏠😳 oldest I had a lot of food without worrying about the direction or not talking at all 🎵🎵. This time, I drank Hidakami Junmai Ginjo Lightly Nigori. I was curious about it because of the cute label on the sake shop's online store. When I had it from the top clear, the aroma was moderate, but when I sipped it, I could feel the flavor and sweetness of the rice 🎵. It is a beautiful sake with a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami. It was so delicious that the glass was soon empty! I drank twice as much as usual on the web. I would recommend this one😁.
