The last one is the top sake of the first Genshu Mai Polishing ratio 33 A very, very limited sake only available at the sake store group Of course it was delicious, but I've already had I've already had a few 😅. I went to Shinbashi with my colleagues for a drink 🍶. I requested a new sake for the fourth drink, Kido came! This sake is full of Mr. Shibata's passion! Kido is always fresh and crisp! Delicious 😋! I chose a small horse mackerel with nambanzuke as my entrée Very tasty! Oysters grilled with cheese are also delicious!

Drinking with company colleagues in Shinbashi. The second drink was also a limited edition sake, I have a weakness for limited editions 😅. It has the name of the restaurant on it and is only available here 🍶. Harukasumi Junmai Ginjo, a limited edition sake from Nozaki Sake Shop. A little firm and fruity! I wonder if I've ever had Misato Nishiki?

Yesterday, I went to Shinbashi with my colleagues for a drink 🍶. First visit to a popular bar in Shinbashi. When I was looking at the menu, I noticed a limited edition sake. I just had it the other day, but I couldn't help but choose it ❣️ The sake is named after Mariko, the toji (master brewer) 😁. Polishing ratio 55 Aruzome, unfiltered raw sake, slightly nigori I heard it was a group limited edition sake, so naturally I had never seen it before, Slightly cloudy, firm and fruity sake! The third one is a five-piece sake snack and a five-piece sake vegetable platter. Deep-fried sea bream scales are a super delicacy!
