Freshly made Natsukasumi We received a bottle from #Abehachi Sake Brewery. It was a chilly and rainy night in Sendai. A taste of summer. Literally, it has a light cloudiness like a haze. Delicate and light, but with some complex nuances. It's already summer evening....

Recommended by a local liquor store in Hachinohe. The taste is as expected. Fruity aroma and a richness that I would describe as "doshiri". Aomori's sake with a different character from Tasake and Toyobai....
