We visited the sake brewery in Kadota, Aizuwakamatsu in July and received this sake. Fruity aroma, full-bodied and sharp taste Getting off at Kadota Station on the Aizu Railway, walking through the fields where sake rice is grown in the wind of the basin, and arriving at the appearance of the sake brewery.... A small summer memory.

I received this as a souvenir on my way home from Hachinohe. The aroma of koji malt is typical of nama-shu. It has a mild and soft taste in the mouth. It is a sake from Aomori, after all. It has a deep flavor and is delicious.

This is a summer sake recommended by Aizuwakamatsu Suehiro Shuzo Kaei Kura direct sales store. It is dry but has a subtle sweetness like a melon before it ripens. It is quite thick in the mouth, but it cuts through easily. It is a great sake. It is a delicious sake.... It goes perfectly with Hoya vinegar from Miyagi Prefecture!
