Large grapes, apricot-like Mellow aroma. The mouthfeel is mild and thick. The wine is not so much a wine that cuts through quickly as it is a wine that fades away. Terroir" and "Domaine". I think these are the themes that will be required of sake from now on. After a hot summer, the autumn winds are completely blowing. The days are getting shorter.

We visited the sake brewery in Kadota, Aizuwakamatsu in July and received this sake. Fruity aroma, full-bodied and sharp taste Getting off at Kadota Station on the Aizu Railway, walking through the fields where sake rice is grown in the wind of the basin, and arriving at the appearance of the sake brewery.... A small summer memory.

I received this as a souvenir on my way home from Hachinohe. The aroma of koji malt is typical of nama-shu. It has a mild and soft taste in the mouth. It is a sake from Aomori, after all. It has a deep flavor and is delicious.

A young brewer aims for "the ultimate food sake" or... The mild aroma and the smooth, uncluttered taste are certainly pleasant to the palate. The mild aroma, smooth taste, and no clutter make for a very pleasant drinking experience. It is certainly drinkable, and can be enjoyed chilled on a hot day. However, if you are going to make use of new technology, it would be nice if it had a little more character, wouldn't it?

This is a summer sake recommended by Aizuwakamatsu Suehiro Shuzo Kaei Kura direct sales store. It is dry but has a subtle sweetness like a melon before it ripens. It is quite thick in the mouth, but it cuts through easily. It is a great sake. It is a delicious sake.... It goes perfectly with Hoya vinegar from Miyagi Prefecture!
