When we came home from Tohoku, we wanted to buy a local sake, so we bought a bottle of Nada's sake, Nanabai. It's made from 100% Yamadanishiki from the sake brewing process, but unlike the Daishichi brewing, it doesn't have a grain smell or taste of grain, so I don't know what the principle of the sake brewing process is. But the taste is a little sweet and easy to drink. The sake level is about 1 or 2 degrees. It's easy to drink when it's lukewarm or warmed up, but the bitterness only increases a little. It is one of my favorite sakes from Nada. I'm glad that Nada breweries will let you try it at Corona.

I read in a book that if you want to know the sake principle, you should drink the Daishichi sake principle, so I tried it. The aroma is grainy, the mouthfeel is neither sweet nor spicy, you can feel the taste of rice. It is said to have been aged for a year, it is mellow, but I like that it does not feel like Shaoxing wine. When you finish drinking it, you can feel the sourness. It goes well with any kind of food. It has been a long time since I drank a big-boned rice sake, but it is not bad at all. I was often puzzled by the sake from the principle of sake making and Yamahai, but from now on, I want to learn this taste as a standard and compare it with others.

I'm drinking a Junmai Ginjo after my last Junmai sake. You can use the Goto coupon. It has a gentle ginjo aroma with a sweetness and rice flavor on the palate and a pleasant aftertaste. You'll fall in love with it!

I was suffering from a gin machine for unknown reasons and had to stop drinking sake for a month and a half, but when I was in Iwate on a long business trip, I couldn't help but buy a bottle of Akatake. I was reminded of how delicious sake is, with its faint sweetness and gentle rice taste.

The aroma is fruity, but only slightly sweet on the palate, and it snaps off quickly after the rice flavor. It's the first time I've ever had this sake with 100% Kune no Kaori and this sake rice. I drank more and more of this one even without a drink, and I managed to stop drinking it halfway through. When lukewarm, it's very mild on the palate and pushes through without losing its temper, leaving a lingering effect. This is delicious. 4.2/5

I am embarrassed to admit that I just learned that Jinryoku rice originated in my home prefecture of Hyogo. It has a subdued aroma, a slight sweetness of rice on the palate, and as you drink it down, you can feel the weight of the original sake, but there is no unpleasant feeling on the back end, and it is delicious. The sake has a solid presence. 4.0/5

The second drink was the first Junmai Daiginjo in a long time. It says it's manufactured to keep a lot of the flavor components. It's degraded or has no Daiginjo aroma. It has a soft, unctuous mouthfeel and goes well with just about anything you eat, but it's a bit lacking in flavor. The evaluation is pending. The staffs at the bar are young, maybe in their early 20s. Too bad they don't know much about sake, even though they have a good selection of sake.

I hadn't had a glass of sake for a few days or I'd be starving from my first drink. Fresh and fruity aroma of raw sake. In the mouth, it was fizzy. A little sweet and sour taste, and it goes down smoothly. I could drink it at 17 degrees. Delicious. 4.0/5

The manager of the restaurant gave us this on the back menu, and it was 90% polished and clear on the palate! Mellow. Surprising. I'm not sure if the 100% Akita Sake Komachi rice is sake rice or rice, but this level is amazing, so I was surprised. Isn't it? There's no need to shave rice. It's delicious. 4.1/5

I was so tired yesterday that I couldn't remember much because I fell asleep after drinking about a pint yesterday. I drank it slowly. The junmai ginjo from the principle principle principle is lightly gorged and only fired once. Slightly sweet on the palate with a hint of ginjo aroma. Revival rice "Shinryoku" 100% JPY 1800 The price is a bit high. I'm comparing two bottles as a treat for myself after a long business trip. 3.9/5

I went to Izumibashi Shuzo while I was working in Kanagawa Prefecture. We chose the Junmai from the sake brewery, it's 2018 bye, so it's been aged for a year. When you drink it cold, it's mellow and mature, you won't feel the acidity, but when it's lukewarm, the acidity is more pronounced. A hot one comes on the palate. Yamadanishiki 100% ¥1600 3.4/5

山田錦100% 原酒で16度 辛口すぎるのは好きではないが、これはOK。フレッシュでまろやかなのが気に入りました。生酒なので、炭酸ガスを若干感じるのがよくて揚げ物の後で飲むとスッキリする。お猪口よりワイングラスで飲んだ方が香りが鼻に抜けてより美味しい。 4合瓶1670円

IWCでチャンピオンになった酒とはどんなのか飲んでみたくて購入する。 吟醸香の優しい香りよく、ほんのり甘くてしっかりした味もある。ぬる燗にするとまた違った感じでまろやかで美味しい。 4合瓶1300円だから買いやすい
