I went to Izumibashi Shuzo while I was working in Kanagawa Prefecture. We chose the Junmai from the sake brewery, it's 2018 bye, so it's been aged for a year. When you drink it cold, it's mellow and mature, you won't feel the acidity, but when it's lukewarm, the acidity is more pronounced. A hot one comes on the palate. Yamadanishiki 100% ¥1600 3.4/5
