The second drink was the first Junmai Daiginjo in a long time.
It says it's manufactured to keep a lot of the flavor components.
It's degraded or has no Daiginjo aroma.
It has a soft, unctuous mouthfeel and goes well with just about anything you eat, but it's a bit lacking in flavor. The evaluation is pending.
The staffs at the bar are young, maybe in their early 20s. Too bad they don't know much about sake, even though they have a good selection of sake.
