When we came home from Tohoku, we wanted to buy a local sake, so we bought a bottle of Nada's sake, Nanabai.
It's made from 100% Yamadanishiki from the sake brewing process, but unlike the Daishichi brewing, it doesn't have a grain smell or taste of grain, so I don't know what the principle of the sake brewing process is.
But the taste is a little sweet and easy to drink. The sake level is about 1 or 2 degrees. It's easy to drink when it's lukewarm or warmed up, but the bitterness only increases a little. It is one of my favorite sakes from Nada.
I'm glad that Nada breweries will let you try it at Corona.
