♥♥♥♥💙 This is a surprise. First regular Mori Masu sake I've had in a while. Very mild and moderate acidity is a nice touch. I didn't know it was possible to have such a different impression. To be honest, I've never had much interest in drinking anything other than the AZ series, but now I'm willing to let go of my preconceived notions and give it a try.
♥♥♥♥💙 This is a 15 year old brewed in 2007. It's a 15 year old brewed in 2007, but the color is not so good for a 15 year old. The color is not so good for 15 years, but the taste has matured nicely. I think it was carefully nurtured at Haruyama Sake Brewery.
♥♥♥♥💙 A blend of R1BY.29BY.28BY. What is this balance? I've had Rinpu with warmed sake, not that it's light, but I can drink it at room temperature, cold sake, and drink it with ease. Of course, it can be warmed up as well.
♥♥♥♥ First sake I've had in a long time. The image on the label is clear. Oh my, there are moments when I wonder if it's a Kenryo. The taste is refreshing and interesting. It's good.
♥♥♥♥💙 The price is quite expensive for a brewed sake. Even so, the sake is simply gentle and round, full of confidence in the face of the many sake breweries competing for individuality in this day and age.
♥♥♥💙 The sourness of white yeast rice has become a staple. It's time for the freshness to wear off, but I like that it doesn't show its color in the sweetness halfway through.
♥♥♥♥💙 Kaiyodo Omachi 60. very gentle matured sake, 30BY, but a bit too mild to be a bit over the top. I think it's a good sake that has been nurtured this way, not that it's lacking in any way.
♥♥♥♥💙 Akatan, one of Tanzan's most popular! This seasonally limited unfiltered raw sake is an exquisite product that plumps up and swells with a variety of flavors.
♥♥♥♥ I bought the jackets without thinking. It seems to be an original label of Aeon. It's a stable dry sake, and look at the power of 55% polished rice with alsobe!
♥♥♥♥♥ It is very calm and has a decent single core. A brew that lightly kicks off the pure rice obsession. I'm very impressed. Costa is the best!
PS I truly believe that expensive sake is not always good enough.
♥♥♥♥♥ A blend of 2009 and 2008 sake. Even though it is aged at room temperature, one can imagine that it must have been carefully nurtured. Very mellow, very nicely aged. This would be a perfect score.
