Continue to the sea of turtles. This is also delicious. A bonanza. It has a very good balance of sweet and spicy, and a strong taste that I like. Furthermore, it has an excellent landing and finishes smoothly. It ends smoothly. The alu-ness is not zero, but I don't mind it at all.
Delicious. Mild sweet aroma, sweet and tasty and thick. A little bitterness at the end. The balance is perfect. The pink Haruura was delicious, but this one is also a winner. Great cosmetics and good value for money.
I never thought I'd have a chance to try Jyushiyo at a ramen shop in Haneda Airport. The aroma, the sweetness, the flavor, everything was perfect. The price of 1350 yen/90ml is reasonable.
The sweetness comes at first, and then the umami comes quickly. After that, it finishes crisp and clean. There is a little bit of a lingering aftertaste and it is very drinkable.
Aroma of rumminess, bubbles in the cup, light niggles. It goes in and out so easily. I've never felt that way about any other sake I've tasted.
I've never had such a feeling with other sake, but I think I can say the same about this one. It just slides right in. It was as if it was no longer sake.
Many summer sakes seem to be thin, but this one is not, and it is refreshing and tasty.
It is delicious.
