Aroma of rumminess, bubbles in the cup, light niggles. It goes in and out so easily. I've never felt that way about any other sake I've tasted.
I've never had such a feeling with other sake, but I think I can say the same about this one. It just slides right in. It was as if it was no longer sake.
Many summer sakes seem to be thin, but this one is not, and it is refreshing and tasty.
It is delicious.

The lid poofed when the bottle was opened. It has a fresh aroma like rumminess, and a fizzy, shrieking sensation. It is lightly cloudy. It is impressive that it goes in so smoothly, has a sweetness, and is drinkable without making you feel it is too thin. There is also a slight bitterness at the end, which gives it a nice aftertaste. You can drink more and more. It is delicious.
It was delicious all the way through. The fizziness was strong, so I didn't mix it much and drank it at rest. The last one was a bit cloudy, so it tasted like calpis. This is delicious. Zero fizzy feeling at this point.

The sweetness comes after it goes in quickly. After that, there is a slight bitterness. Overall, it is a clean and refreshing sake. There is no smell of alcohol, and the aroma that passes through the nose is pleasant.
On the 4th day, the sweetness has increased. It's starting to look somewhat like a hana-yori.
