This is delicious. I am impressed.
Not much aroma. The slight bubbles cling to the glass.
When you drink it, it has a sweet umami, or rather, the umami is sweet, or rather, the umami is integrated, and it finishes completely. It ends nicely. There is no alty feeling or anything extra. The umami is strong. This deliciousness is probably not due to the sake rice alone. Thanks to the brewer.
