Nigori (nigori) sake by Munemasa. There is so much nigori that it does not become uniform even when the bottle is shaken. It is drier than it looks and has a strong alcoholic taste. As is typical of nigori sake, it has a strong flavor, but not too much. It has little ginjo smell and no distinctive characteristics. It is delicious. But I would be fine with cheap nigori sake if it were this good.

It was so good that I bought a bottle. The last time I drank it, I drank it with a cup of sake, and this time I drank it with a thin glass. When I drank it in a thin glass, the aroma and sweetness seemed to increase, and it was like a white wine. The aftertaste is delicious, with a hint of ginjo.

On the plane. Aroma is quite clean, but strong body. Fruity notes but alcohol and grain smells are stronger. Slightly fermented and complex. I would like to see a little more aroma or flavor.
