A friend went out of her way to bring me this drink.
It has a strong alcohol taste with a creamy, cheese-like flavor. It has a dusty moldy smell like blue cheese, which is interesting. When combined with salt, it gives a completely different impression, becoming mellow and gentle.
I don't like strong alcohol taste, but this is possible.

Nigori (nigori) sake by Munemasa.
There is so much nigori that it does not become uniform even when the bottle is shaken.
It is drier than it looks and has a strong alcoholic taste. As is typical of nigori sake, it has a strong flavor, but not too much. It has little ginjo smell and no distinctive characteristics.
It is delicious. But I would be fine with cheap nigori sake if it were this good.
