I've drunk colander pickers before, but today it has a kind of dewy-leaf style feeling, a little bitter and squeaky, and the conclusion is delicious ( ꈍᴗꈍ ) ♪
The label says it has a rich aroma and clarity, but for me, I feel it's more crisp today...
I served it with fried komatsuna and maitake mushrooms and Sado salmon sashimi!
