I still love Fukushima sake 🥺!
So many of my favorite sakes!
Even those who don't like sake can drink it!
I know this is a past log, but on this day I had it with oden 🍢💛.
It is very famous, but I really, really love Shinsei.
It's sad that we don't get to see it more often,...
I highly recommend this brand even to those who are not so fond of sake.
I can't drink X-type very often....
I always want to go to Akita 😂.
First time I drank Bunka Jin Tosa Rei!
Fruity and easy to drink,!
I think even people who don't like sake can easily drink it!
The following is an excerpt from the website✎☡.
The soft aroma and fluffy, light flavor make this a gentle sake that is perfect for the energetic spring season.
Tosa Urara" is a new brand variety of sake brewing rice from Kochi Prefecture. It is the first sake rice developed in the prefecture in 17 years. Tosa-Urara was bred as an early rice variety suitable for sake brewing, with excellent sake brewing aptitude and resistance to shattering even when highly polished.
The name "Tosa Rei" was chosen because "the rice is easily recognizable as Kochi rice, and has a gentle and beautiful appearance, and with the growing popularity of sake among women, we wanted to give it a name that would endear it to them.

This sake has a beautiful rosé color. It is like the fruit of midsummer.
The aroma is tempting, almost like strawberries.
The fresh acidity is sometimes glossy and sometimes provocatively jammy and glamorous body.

Ichirōman is bottled immediately after being squeezed, without adding water or heating. The carbon dioxide gas from the fermentation process gives it a refreshing finish. Just after opening the bottle, the impression is dry and sharp, with a pleasant mouthfeel due to the slight foaming. It has a fresh and clear feeling, and you will not feel the high alcohol content.
Impression:I drank this with Christmas dinner. It's a slightly carbonated but lightly drinkable bottle 🤍✨ Goes great with seafood!

"Ispahan 2020
Ispahan 2020" is a set of "Ispahan" cakes made with rose, lychee and raspberry, and "Kijo-shu" sake brewed by NEXT FIVE to match the cakes.
Kijoshu is a sweet sake brewed with water, sake, rice and malted rice, using a method similar to ancient sake brewing. This time, we used "Flax Cat" from Shinsei Shuzo. It has a floral aroma with a prominent acidity. The cakes are baked in a custom-made rose-shaped mold using rice flour derived from the sake rice used in the brewing process. The moist, rose-scented pound dough is filled with sweet and sour raspberries and gorgeous lychees.
This was insanely delicious 🥲💓.
That's what I'm talking about, NEXT FIVE!
This is one you should definitely drink if you see it!
