This is a new sake from my favorite Dai-Shinshu. The sake shop said it had a "slightly subdued, ripe fruit (pineapple) type feel", and that's exactly what it had! There was a slight pine-like fruit sweetness in the aftertaste. It's refreshing and delicious.
