I bought another bottle because it was so good last time. w This is too cheap for 3000 yen ❗️ I drank it over a period of 10 days because of the quantity in a bottle. The overall flavor rounded out as the days went by. I got the impression that the bitterness and eginess started to come out a little stronger in the second half. Still, the bitterness is thin and light, making it a very good sake for my sweet tooth. The sweetness is stronger at room temperature than cold, and the bitterness fades, giving it a nice taste. Maybe next time I will try a daiginjo. Miyakanume is delicious 😋.

Miyakanbai Junmai Ginjo 1 sho bottle Purchased at Suzuden Yotsuya It is highly rated as the best in Miyagi Prefecture, and I was curious about it, so I bought it. It has a fruity sweetness and aroma with a good acidity. The bitterness in the aftertaste is quite low and very easy to drink. ❗️ This is really delicious 😋. It's very easy to drink and has almost no peculiarities, so it's very easy to drink! I used to drink it cold, but after some time, I found it very sweet and tasty at room temperature, and lukewarm heating might be just right. I'm learning a lot. It was the right decision to buy it in a bottle. And the price is less than 3,000 yen.... I will definitely repeat this.

Purchased at Suzuden, Yotsuya. It has a pear-like sweetness and aroma with a good balance of sourness and bitterness. It seems to go well with any kind of food. I would like to try another kind of Saku next time.

Purchased from Yotsuya Suzudente. This was the first time the cork popped out when I opened the bottle😅. The moment I opened the cork, the fresh aroma spread and I had a feeling that this was definitely going to be good. I knew it was delicious. The pear-like aroma, sweetness, and wateriness spread on the palate, with a slight fizz and bitterness in the aftertaste. This is really delicious. ❗️ I wish I had a bottle of this instead of a four-pack. I recommend it because it is very easy to drink and inexpensive!

I drank it for the first time at Ueno Uoso. I got the impression that it was a smooth drink with no bitterness. I read an article that said it is similar to white wine, and I think that is true. If you don't like bitterness or want a sake that is easy to drink, I recommend it! Personally, I would have preferred something with more character, or something that smells like sake.

I enjoyed it so much when I drank it before that I bought it again. This is the first time I bought the same brand on repeat. I am now a captive of Oumine because I prefer sweet. It is fruity, juicy, sweet and delicious, and I think I will soon finish the 4-gou bottle. I would have bought a bottle if it were available, but it was sold out, so I bought a 4-gou bottle. The place is Kakinuma Sake Shop Kitasenju. The sake tastes sweet and sour like pineapple and pear in the mouth, with a bitter aftertaste. When it comes to room temperature, the overall taste is mellow and almost apple juice-like. It is easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much. I think Daime is sweet and tasty after all.

There was no bottle of Dewa Sanzan, unfiltered, so I bought a bottle of the fire-brewed version at the Kakinuma Kitasenju store. The fruity citrus flavor spreads in the mouth, followed by a crisp sweetness and a moderate acidity that passes through the nose, leaving a lingering bitter and cloying taste. It is light and easy to drink, so it goes down easy! As described by liquor stores, grapefruit is the closest analogy. If you like sweet and sour tastes and grapefruit tastes, especially bitter tastes, this may be for you. I personally prefer the unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake over the hi-ire sake, though of course the hi-ire sake is delicious as well.

I had decided not to drink on weekdays, but I couldn't resist and opened it. The red Denshogiku I drank before was delicious, so I tried the yellow one this time! From the aroma, it smells fruity and sweet like pineapple and pear. It smells quite sweet, but when you drink it, it is not that sweet. When you put it in your mouth, the fruity taste spreads and a sharp sweetness spreads. After that, sourness and bitterness remain in the mouth. The strong aroma gave the impression of sweetness, but when I actually drank it, it was not as sweet as I thought it would be. The sourness and bitterness are well balanced. The bitterness and acidity become more balanced when it reaches room temperature. As I have a sweet tooth, I might prefer the red electric chrysanthemum. I recommend it to those who like fruity aroma.

I tried to buy a four-pack of Daimine at Isetan Shinjuku, but they were out of stock, so I bought a cup for now. Last week, there were still a few bottles left...but that can't be helped. When I drank it, the fruity flavor spread, and after the sweetness, the sourness passed through my nose. The sweetness is refreshing, but the bitterness in the aftertaste is a little stronger. If I have a chance, I would like to try different kinds of Daimine. I don't see many places that sell it.

Only lunch at home on Sunday. It was delicious with lactic acid acid acidity and flavor. It has a gaseous taste. There is sweetness, but it is balanced with the acidity, so it does not feel sweet, but rather clean and sweet. It is a well-balanced sake for me, who prefers sweet sake.
