When you open the package, you can smell the good aroma - well, it's delicious. You can't feel the alcohol...it's a mass of umami. I thought it was a great Jikin. I thought it was too good to drink it by myself, so I brought it to a restaurant and drank it with the customers at the counter. It tastes even better!
