koge2
The name comes from the "raised horse ritual" held at Tado-taisha shrine.
The aroma is of blue mandarin oranges and cemedine. The attack is spicy-sweet, and the spiciness prevails, so you can't really gobble it down, but it's a very good sake to savor while sipping it quietly. (I'm writing this while writing my impressions, so I'm not feeling very relaxed. The liquid is almost colorless with a slight yellowish tinge. Legs are not visible at all.
Hosokawa Brewery also focuses on local beer, which is said to be "Kamiuma" without "ge", I will drink it someday.
This is the 617th one-cup, one-pack festival.
