The night I went to Akita, my wife's parents' home. When my wife's relatives came to our house, they presented her with a gift: "I bought Shinsei.

This is not the kind of sake you can get in the Kanto area. Akita is indeed the land of Shinsei.
When I gratefully took a sip, I was shocked at how good it was.
It has a rich sweetness reminiscent of sparkling wine, with a refreshing gaseous taste. And it has a delicate fruity taste as if a beautiful woman squeezed a vinegared Muscat. Too delicious.
It's too good to drink too soon. It is a superb sake that makes you want to drink it all the time.

Encounter in Akita
I went back to my wife's parents' home in Akita.
We received a bottle of "Hiraizumi" as a gift from a relative. I wanted to drink it right away, so I had it at room temperature. The sweetness and fruity taste lingered in my mouth. If you cool it down, it will be more crisp and you will be able to enjoy it in a different way. Sake in the Akita countryside on an autumn night is delicious. (I drank it again right after I got home.)
