I had the impression that Saku was easy to drink and tasty, but this Ganochi has a gorgeous aroma and a fruity taste with a sharp finish. However, the aftertaste is refreshing and crisp, easy to drink, and a sake that you can keep drinking forever. We had it in a hinoki (Japanese cypress) scented masu (square) that was given to us as is when we drank it at a local liquor store! Delicious!
