I am sorry for the delay, but Happy New Year.
The first bottle of this year is Sengoku Hatsu Tanka Arabashiri.
I opened a few bottles during the New Year's holidays, but did not take any pictures, so here is the first review.
It is easy to drink, with a pleasant taste similar to that of a snowman. The flavor increases as the lees get involved.
I wish you many more good sake this year.
