It is a local collaboration product of that Toyo Bijin's Sumikawa Sake Brewery.
It is almost Toyo Bijin! The aroma is just as it should be, Toyo Bijin Jyundai Isshu. The taste is also almost the same, but since jun-dai is not so standard, it has a clear, washed-out feel.
Since I drank it after Kinjaku, it feels slightly dry with less sweetness. It's a draft sake, so expect some changes!
