It tastes dense, like Kinjaku. It smells like banana and tastes like dense apple. This is my first Type S. It is like a refreshing apple juice. The sweetness and tartness you feel on your tongue is gentle. The lingering aftertaste is wonderful. It is sweet, but thanks to the acidity of the sake, it is refreshing! It is a luxury item for drinking at home.

Unfiltered raw sake is wonderful, isn't it! I don't know if it's the aroma of the rice or the characteristic of the sake yeast, but it has a nice sweet and sour aroma. The taste is also acidic and heavy, but the balance of acidity and spiciness gives it a lingering aftertaste that is enjoyable! It is a little peculiar, but I think it is a necessary bottle, I like it.

This is the first Tasake since Special Junmai. I had an image of Tazake as being light and refreshing, but it has a pineapple-like floral and sweet flavor. The spiciness comes in afterwards and tightens things up.

This is my first Miyoshi. I wanted to drink a normal one, but this time it's this one. The label is too cool! Too austere. Is it the aroma of ancient rice? It is a unique aroma, but I like it. It is fruity and sweet, but the acidity and spiciness make it refreshing. I like it because it reminds me of the 80 of Oroku.

This is a prototype of Ganki. Compared to the usual one, it seems to have a stronger gentle sweetness while retaining the sharpness and fruity taste typical of Ganki. Personally, I think GANKI should only be made as a draft sake!

This is my first time to try the Kid. I wanted to try the normal one, but this was the only one they had in a four-pack, so I went with this one. It's a little alcoholic on the nose, but I don't dislike it because it's fresh, gorgeous, light, fruity, and dry. Recently there have been a lot of thick sake, so it's nice to have a refreshing kind!

This is my first Houou Mita. It seems to be made from my favorite Aizan. It has a nice balance between the sweetness of white peaches, a little dryness, and acidity, and leaves a lingering aftertaste for a while. It is very easy to drink and can be drunk on many occasions.

This is the first time I have tried Imi. It is famous as a fantastic sake, but you can buy it at a local liquor store........ We are blessed. It has a fruity aroma, but it has a thick, sticky aroma. The taste is refreshing, but at the same time it is dense. It tastes like apple honey. Personally, I feel that it tastes almost the same as Kinjaku Jungin! It is quite delicious. It is my favorite!
