To be honest, when I drank it on the first day, it did not taste good, as if the flavor had been deprived.
But when I drank it on the second day, the sweetness increased and the taste became exquisitely balanced. I guess this is only possible with nama-sake!

This is my first Masumi.
Dark sweet and sour
is my impression. Unlike the fruity sourness of Shinmasa, it has a thick type of sourness! There is not much piquancy. I have never had this type before. It has a slight alcohol taste.

This is a Nakadori of Ganki, which I've been into recently.
It has a sharp and bitter taste like Ganki. It is not too sweet and goes down smoothly. If you drink it with sweet food, you will only feel bitterness and spiciness. However, if you drink it with strong food, it is perfect!
