To be honest, when I drank it on the first day, it did not taste good, as if the flavor had been deprived. But when I drank it on the second day, the sweetness increased and the taste became exquisitely balanced. I guess this is only possible with nama-sake!

I always drink gooseberry. I'm getting a little tired of it. I thought it would be darker because it was made with orikara, but the color is normal and the taste is mild with a little bit of sweetness. I thought it would be a bit too much for me to drink. It is transparent.

This is my first Masumi. Dark sweet and sour is my impression. Unlike the fruity sourness of Shinmasa, it has a thick type of sourness! There is not much piquancy. I have never had this type before. It has a slight alcohol taste.

I bought this one because the pure Dai was too expensive. It's kind of fruity, yet mildly bitter, with a bitter taste and a hint of sweetness that lingers on the palate! It is a type I have not had much of before.

This sake is not available in Yamaguchi Prefecture. This is delicious! The dense pineapple-like flavor is balanced with sourness and spiciness. The aroma of rice is also wonderful. The little bit of piquancy is also nice!

After my first glass of Jyushiyo, I haggled over it and found it on the shelf as usual! It felt different from the ginjo. It was darker in comparison and had a sweeter, darker, spicier taste, just like sake. It had a good balance, similar to the three grains of Omine, if I may use an analogy I know!

If you drink it with sweet food, you will only feel bitterness and spiciness. However, if you drink it with strong food, it is perfect! It is a bottle that is typical of Ganki!
