Unfiltered raw sake is wonderful, isn't it!
I don't know if it's the aroma of the rice or the characteristic of the sake yeast, but it has a nice sweet and sour aroma. The taste is also acidic and heavy, but the balance of acidity and spiciness gives it a lingering aftertaste that is enjoyable!
It is a little peculiar, but I think it is a necessary bottle, I like it.
