まさまさSuidama" is the second product following "Hana Yuu", which was completed under the supervision of Takagi Shuzo, the brewery owner of Jyushiyo, with technical cooperation in rice selection, brewing and storage methods.
This is the first Junmai-Ginjo of Suitama, brewed with Yamadanishiki, which a farmer in the Yamada district of Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture, Ryoseki Shuzo's hometown, dared to grow in the cold region.
(This sake was brewed together with the local farmer's challenge and his passion. The collaboration is wonderful✨)
The taste of Yamadanishiki spreads on the palate while the mouthfeel is clean and dry. It was a really beautiful sake ✨✨It's definitely delicious 😋.
