The pichi pichi yeast is alive and well✨
It tastes like a mature drinkable yogurt, but with a strong ginjo aroma ✨.
However, I was looking forward to taking a sip and putting it in the fridge, but when I opened the fridge a few days later, more than half of it had popped out and was gone 😂.
Proof that the yeast is healthy 😂.
