We compared the sake that is currently being made in Kyoto by English people. The third bottle was Yabar! It was Shaoxing sake? It was like Shaoxing sake. It is classified as a miscellaneous sake with high alcohol content, but it is a more matured version. We were given something very precious.

Opened the bottle with a thousand blessings. Today I opened it at room temperature, so I'll drink it cold on the second day - ͜-. Both are sweet and refreshing and I found them easy to drink. I looked it up online and it said it was dry, but maybe I have a strange tongue. I don't think it was that strong! I don't think it was that strong.

Debut of nigori sake. It had a slight carbonation and acidity, and when I compared it with the aged Juhasuhi, it was totally different! We then had the nigori sake heated up. Again, cold sake and hot sake were totally different. It was a great learning experience for me as a beginner.

I was told to enjoy the taste change at room temperature over two weeks - ͜- and a layman opened the bottle, but you know what? Tomorrow, will I remember what it tastes like today? is a simple question lol. At any rate, I felt it was sweet.
