The label is cool and it's the first time I've bought a label. It has a strong aroma, and the mouthfeel is slightly fizzy and smooth. I thought it was dry, but then the sweetness spread. The sweetness is thick, but the aftertaste is crisp, and the sweetness disappears quickly. Even though the sweetness is so strong and spreads well in the mouth, it doesn't get sticky because of its sharpness. You can't help but drink more of it. It's a delicious sake that can be drunk while eating! 5/5

Directly pumped, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake I bought this after reading other people's comments on this app. I was looking for a rich sweet taste, and it was a nice density. The aroma is strong, and when you drink it, it has a slight carbonation and a solid sweetness. Not too spicy at the end of the drink, but not sticky sweet either! It was an unusual taste and I drank more and more of it. 4/5

Nanaboshi Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake Rich, sharp, fruity, with a clear umami flavor that never gets old. It has an overwhelming thickness and mellowness at the first sip, plus a sweet and sour aroma like kiwi and a refreshing taste. First, the aroma was robust and sweet. In the mouth, it was squishy and fizzy, but with a firm sweetness. The aftertaste was crisp, but the bitterness didn't linger and I enjoyed the sweetness. It was delicious! 5/5

Mr. Kitchee. Nice to meet you. Thank you for your comment! It's definitely a sake that's fizzy and should be drunk cold! The first time you drink it, you'll think, "It's sweet! But it's not stubborn! But not too much!

I always drink it on its own, but lately I've felt the need to check its taste as a food sake. This time, when I tasted the habitual sake as a food sake, it still tasted as good as the snacks! This is it~!

It uses 100% Dewanosato, a sake rice that is said to brew a beautiful, clear and full of character while being full of flavor and taste. This is the face label of Benten-sama. Rice polishing ratio: 55% for both koji and kake Sake degree: +2 Acidity: 1.4 Alcohol content: 16.2 This is a fresh sake made with the aim of creating an approachable sake that is both floral and light. The fresh & fruity aroma like fresh pears and the gentle sweetness and umami like wasanbon derived from koji are well balanced in Yamagata Junmai Ginjo. It has a sweet aroma and a sweet mouthfeel, but it is soon followed by a wine-like acidity and a crisp aftertaste. So, is it a sweet sake? It was an unexpected taste that overturned the thought that it was. 4/5

Information about Collage: This is a brewery run by young brothers with the philosophy of "natural and careful brewing with all your heart. About 16 years ago, they started by brewing only one tank of sake to find the taste they wanted. The reason for this was that they were impressed by "Tobiroki", and since then they have been aiming to "make sake that can change the image of sake". In order to improve the level of "all" sake, not just the sake for the awards ceremony, they keep brushing up the details of their work. ♢This junmai-shu won the Grand Prix in the junmai-shu category of SAKE COMPETITION 2014, the world's only competition in which only sake competes. 5/5

Alcohol content 15 degrees Sake content +4 Rice polishing ratio 50%. Carefully selected raw rice is polished and fermented slowly and gently at low temperature to produce a beautiful taste. Enjoy the gorgeous ginjo aroma and the crisp, smooth taste. It has a refreshing aroma and a smooth mouthfeel like water, typical of Daiginjo. The aftertaste is a little spicy. It is suitable for those who like dry sake. I made chikuwa and spinach with egg as a side dish, but it had a sweet and spicy flavor, so it might have been better with something lighter. 2/5
