The aroma is not very strong, but it was fluffy with a hint of sweetness.
When I took a sip, I felt a slight effervescence and a firm sweetness. The aftertaste was not bitter or pungent and had a strong sweetness.

"This is the second in the series of "STARS" summer sake from Eikoh-fuji. The third one is gone, so I bought this one.
The aroma was firm and sweet.
When I sipped it with anticipation, it was lightly effervescent, swooshing and light on the palate.
It tasted sweet, but also crisp and smooth!
Personally, I liked the third one better because it had more sweetness, but this one was good too.â

I bought this bottle at a liquor store after the clerk told me about it.
I requested it with "rich sweet taste", and it was really true.
First of all, the aroma is strong! A lightly sweet aroma spreads, and when you take a sip, it is slightly fizzy and has a strong flavor. Sweet, but crisp!
The aftertaste is clean, and the strong sweetness at first becomes clear. But it was not dry and I could drink it quickly.
It was very tasty.

It has a strong aroma, and the mouthfeel is slightly fizzy and smooth. I thought it was dry, but then the sweetness spread.
The sweetness is thick, but the aftertaste is crisp, and the sweetness disappears quickly.
Even though the sweetness is so strong and spreads well in the mouth, it doesn't get sticky because of its sharpness. You can't help but drink more of it.
It's a delicious sake that can be drunk while eating!

Mr. Kitchee.
Nice to meet you. Thank you for your comment!
It's definitely a sake that's fizzy and should be drunk cold!
The first time you drink it, you'll think, "It's sweet! But it's not stubborn! But not too much!
I always drink it on its own, but lately I've felt the need to check its taste as a food sake. This time, when I tasted the habitual sake as a food sake, it still tasted as good as the snacks! This is it~!

Information about Collage:
This is a brewery run by young brothers with the philosophy of "natural and careful brewing with all your heart. About 16 years ago, they started by brewing only one tank of sake to find the taste they wanted. The reason for this was that they were impressed by "Tobiroki", and since then they have been aiming to "make sake that can change the image of sake".
In order to improve the level of "all" sake, not just the sake for the awards ceremony, they keep brushing up the details of their work.
