I drank some sake that I received as a gift. Unlike the thick sweet sake I usually drink, it was quite dry and tasted like sake! It tasted like sake. It was not sweet and easy to drink, even though it was labeled as having a Sake Degree of -10 to -8. I was reminded once again that sake degree and perceived sweetness are not equal (simply, negative sake degree does not mean sweet).

I was taken to a nice liquor store on my way out and bought it. I had been curious about this brand since I had been told about it before, but it was hard to find it in the store and I was finally able to buy it! The clerk recommended it to me, and it was very easy to drink with a sweet taste. The aroma is sweet and the mouthfeel is sweet. The aftertaste was also sweet, and I was able to drink it smoothly while eating!

I drank it last time and enjoyed it so I repeated it. It has a gorgeous aroma, rich sweetness, and sharpness that is typical of Eiko-Fuji. I want to keep it on hand. I feel that the taste has become more rounded and delicious with the passage of time. I am also interested in Morikuma-no-Kuma-san, which is not a "orikara-mi"...

I bought it again after hearing the liquor store's recommendation. This time, I requested it with a taste similar to Eikoufuji. So I decided on this one because it was said to be "weaker than Eiko-Fuji's gorgeous aroma, but it tastes just as rich and sweet". The result was... delicious! It is a junmai ginjo, and it definitely had a strong sweetness. The aftertaste was quite lingering, just the way I like it!

Prayer sake for the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle We bought this sake expecting a rich sweet taste since it is an orikara of Eiko-Fuji. As it turned out, it was just as good as I expected! It has a fizzy taste, but it also has a strong dark sweetness. It also has a sharp aftertaste. The color was cloudy white because of the orikara flavor, which made me feel like I was drinking a cocktail, and I ended up drinking it in a big gulp. I would like to repeat the experience again.

Again, the clerk gave me a sake recommendation and I bought it. I asked, "Do you have a rich sweet sake like Eiko-Fuji?" I asked, and this sake was served. The result of drinking it was ...... a little different? But delicious! Right after opening the package, it was a bit fizzy and had a strong aroma. When I took a sip, it had a strong flavor, but I don't know if it was that sweet. The richness was similar. And on the second day, the fizzy feeling was gone and it became mellower, which I preferred.

EAU NASU FARM VILLAGE Junmai Daiginjo We tasted this sake. It was an elegant sake with a gorgeous aroma, a gentle sweetness, and a delicious taste of rice. It was a light, refreshing sake with a slightly dry taste. It was not my favorite sake, but it was easy to drink and light. EAU" means water in French. It is a delicious drink that makes you say "oh! The name "EAU" is a combination of the word "ooh" and "ooh". All of the rice used is Yumesasara, Tochigi Prefecture's original rice suitable for sake brewing. The sake has a low alcohol content of only 13%, which is the lowest possible alcohol content for a sake that is still a pure sake.

Hazhu Honor 50-Horizon Distributor's Limited Edition This is a very limited Occasional series. This bottle was recommended to us by a clerk at a liquor store upon our order of "a sake with sweetness like Eiko-Fuji". The aroma is sweet, and when you put it in your mouth, you wonder if it is spicy. It was so delicious that I couldn't help but relax my cheeks. I enjoyed it well chilled.

HYPER NOVA Polar Supernova We drank this sake with a meal, as it is said to be a food sake with an excellent balance of aroma and flavor. It, too, had a robust flavor typical of Eiko-Fuji, but was not too sweet and had a crisp finish. It was easy to drink and delicious!

This is a limited edition sake that is only available once a year. A local liquor store in my neighborhood was accepting reservations, so I made a reservation and bought it. It has a fresh and gorgeous aroma typical of new sake, a smooth texture on the tongue, and a pleasant drinking experience with the freshness of freshly pressed sake. So I drank it with high expectations.â It was light but not spicy, with a refreshing sweetness. It was so easy to drink--and so tasty!

Eiko-Fuji Hoshi Matsuri (Star Festival) We had it last year and enjoyed it so much we had to repeat it this year! This is a very limited summer sake. Fresh and sweet aroma, sweet and refreshing on the palate. The sake has a Sake meter value of -6.0, but it is not too sweet and is as tasty as ever. The rich sweetness seemed to weaken little by little as time went by.
