Carefully selected raw rice is polished and fermented slowly and gently at low temperature to produce a beautiful taste. Enjoy the gorgeous ginjo aroma and the crisp, smooth taste.
It has a refreshing aroma and a smooth mouthfeel like water, typical of Daiginjo.
The aftertaste is a little spicy. It is suitable for those who like dry sake.
I made chikuwa and spinach with egg as a side dish, but it had a sweet and spicy flavor, so it might have been better with something lighter.
