Hazhu Honor 50-Horizon Distributor's Limited Edition This is a very limited Occasional series. This bottle was recommended to us by a clerk at a liquor store upon our order of "a sake with sweetness like Eiko-Fuji". The aroma is sweet, and when you put it in your mouth, you wonder if it is spicy. It was so delicious that I couldn't help but relax my cheeks. I enjoyed it well chilled.

HYPER NOVA Polar Supernova We drank this sake with a meal, as it is said to be a food sake with an excellent balance of aroma and flavor. It, too, had a robust flavor typical of Eiko-Fuji, but was not too sweet and had a crisp finish. It was easy to drink and delicious!

This is a limited edition sake that is only available once a year. A local liquor store in my neighborhood was accepting reservations, so I made a reservation and bought it. It has a fresh and gorgeous aroma typical of new sake, a smooth texture on the tongue, and a pleasant drinking experience with the freshness of freshly pressed sake. So I drank it with high expectations.â It was light but not spicy, with a refreshing sweetness. It was so easy to drink--and so tasty!

Eiko-Fuji Hoshi Matsuri (Star Festival) We had it last year and enjoyed it so much we had to repeat it this year! This is a very limited summer sake. Fresh and sweet aroma, sweet and refreshing on the palate. The sake has a Sake meter value of -6.0, but it is not too sweet and is as tasty as ever. The rich sweetness seemed to weaken little by little as time went by.

A liquor store nearby was newly opened and I bought Eikofuji for the first time in a long time. I have a problem when I buy a new brand because I don't like it if I don't like it in a bottle, but I can buy Eiko-Fuji with confidence. This time I drank it with dried barracuda, and it was as delicious as ever! It has a sweet aroma and a rich sweetness that spreads when you take a sip. At that time, I bought a Yogo bottle and it was very good, so I bought an Ichimasu bottle for the end of the year.
